I don't like the background but the person is indeed impressive. I would love to see here even the simpliest frame and more space at the top of his head.
+4/10 for the distracting background without a correct composition

I think that you did a good work getting rid of most of the distracting background....I like the way you got down and took the picture looking up....very nice perspective....Excellent and very interesting choice of subject
